One of my other intrigues is making jewelry from gemstone beads, vintage beads and other findings. I started out making bead wrap bracelets in the style that Chan Luu has made so popular. I then branched out into “boho” long necklaces and chokers. Each one is unique, and many are one of a kind, as the vintage beads are irreplaceable! A favorite project is taking old, outdated items from the bottom of the jewelry box and re-purposing them into fun new pieces, as I did with the first 6 pictures, below.
Somewhere along the way I became interested in making simple linen and cotton “travel bags” to keep all the items in my suitcase organized during business trips or vacations.
Most of the items here have been sold, donated or gifted. When I build enough inventory, I put it on Esty at: Peachy Walkers
